El presente documento tiene el propósito de guiarle en su registro y proporcionarle recomendaciones para su visita. Por favor siga las instrucciones en el orden que se indica a continuación:
1. Ingrese al siguiente sitio y realice el registro de su visita. You were identified by the host employee, as a supplier or customer on a business visit.
This document is intended to guide you through your registration and provide recommendations for your visit. Please follow the instructions in the order indicated below:
1. Enter the following site and register for your visit. Please enter your information as completely and accurately as possible, this will reduce the possibility of false positives during the screening of your data. https://exportcontrol-latam.com/registro-de-visitantes/.

2. Recibirá un correo de confirmación de su registro con un folio compuesto de de una letra un guión y 4 dígitos (ejemplo: A-####). Conserve ésta información, de ser posible imprimirla. La misma le será solicitada a su ingreso a las instalaciones.
3. Envíe al correo electrónico contact.ehs.ahmsa@airbus.com la siguiente documentación, donde el asunto debe ser su número de registro del punto 2 (ejemplo: A-####):
- Cédula de autodeterminación de cuotas del IMSS o Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores.
- Último comprobante de pago de las aportaciones al seguro social.
- Evidencias de capacitación “Constancias DC-3”.
- Si hará uso de sustancias químicas, las HDS (hojas de seguridad) de las mismas.
4. Ingrese al siguiente formulario y llene la información solicitada.
